How it works

We are always looking for blocks of buildings for lease or to purchase and welcome working alongside Landlords, leaseholders, agents, real estate developers and private equity funds. Our property search starts with, but is not limited to:

• Hotels with over 100 bedrooms that are located within two hours of London or anywhere along the south coast 
• Purchase or “block lease” of blocks from 12 to 100 Apartments in London Zones 1 & 2
• Self-Contained buildings or one block in larger developments
• Collection of townhouses
• Mixture of 1,2- & 3-bedroom apartments 
• Usage of available property: Residential, Student, Sui-Generis, Hotel/Hostel, Serviced Apartments, Apart Hotel
• Luxury, turnkey apartments, units of 7 – 30 with C1 or C3 use
