After achieving a first-class degree in Business & Hospitality Management in Cardiff, Adam moved into his first executive search role specialising in high-level director level placements, quickly progressing to a Managing Consultant. After 3 years Adam decided to go back into the industry he is passionate about and joined Lowy Group. Since then, Adam has progressed into our Group HR, Recruitment & Retention Manager, helping to ensure all our staff and policies meet the ways of the modern world.
